You can bring in machines at your convenience to have any necessary warranty repairs performed in our service shop.  We strive to provide quick turnaround times on all repairs, generally 2-3 business days on most brands from drop off to pick up.  If you need your unit back even faster, we offer a priority expedited service option that strives to achieve a 0-2 day turnaround objective.

 

Unlike depot repairs, where you box up and ship the unit to the manufacturer, you will communicate directly with the technicians who will be working on your unit throughout the process to be sure all issues are resolved before pickup.  We can also offer backup or advanced data recovery services if needed.

In addition to performing non-warranty computer repair on all brands of laptops and desktops, Sound Microsystems in an Authorized Warranty Service Provider for Toshiba, Lenovo, and Fujitsu.  We can also provide warranty repairs on Brother and Okidata Printers.  Parts and labor is free of charge for all warranty covered repairs.

 

For Acer, Gateway, and E-Machines, we are an Authorized Service Provider, and can offer In-House "Parts" warranty replacement.  A small flat rate handling fee applies on these three brands, though you won't have to cover the shipping and packaging charges that the manufacturer typically requires you to cover if you send it to them.   On these brands our turn-around is typically about a week or less, compared to nearly 3 weeks if shipped to the repair depot.  (Call for Details)
